What is the preferred way of submitting patches to Win32lib, DEP Enabled Euphoria (DEP.zip), and OpenEuphoria svn? I would probably have to find out who the authors of the libraries are, and somehow contact them.

I would like to help work on integrating Hardware DEP Enabled Euphoria into the main development branches of Win32lib, and OpenEuphoria now that I have it working on my system.
