Would I have to recompile EX.EXE to get EUVISTA=1 to work???

I am still getting an error when using DOS with Vista. It says it doesn't support full-screen mode. Perhaps there's another way of executing it, maybe from a shortcut.

SET EUVISTA=1

ex wire 

[Windowed Dialog Box] 
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem 
 
 
C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe - ex wire 
This system does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate the  
application.
