rev.e library

Dear EU users,
I wanted to compile r1247 by myself, but new main.e wants and doesn't find some new lib - so named rev.e.
I didn't find it at:
http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/rapideuphoria/trunk/
There is no such a lib in the current tarball too.
Please, where is it?
