But there is Wiki now on Web, it says about "export": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export_(disambiguation)
And in EU 4.0 this "export" is just "one level up" and nothing more, so I'd prefer just "up".
Then, about "public" same Wiki says: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public

Also, about "global" we can see: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/global
But about "anywhere" that Webster doesn't say that it is a synonym of "global": http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/anywhere
So, I like EU 4.0, but it seems too complicated to me because of discrepancy of new key words to real sence of commands which they express.
