Ok, I do know now that terrible secret...

win32lib strongly needs the old good standard RDS libs of 3.1.1 and use them to run properly under 4.0 interpreter control. These libs must be visible for win32lib instead of new ones.

win32lib, *changed* to run with new include\std\ libs of 4.0 just doesn't run. It is incompatible with them now, or for now.

Yes, demos of *pure old* win32lib run here under 4.0 interpreter control, but with 3.1.1 standard libs.

Same story must be with IDE, other main programs, so why not to have old standard libs in 4.0 package?
