euphoria for non-it trained users

Hallo! I am trying to put together a platform for use by me and other end-users, which has little or no dependency on IT-Support Skills. I today use ms-win-xp-home. Anyone who is an euphoria skilled user, who has dealt with functions such as fuzzy-logic desktop searches, or simple english to german translation tools, or integrating with open source products, I would like to hear from.
