L and D Fullscreen
Hi all,
The screensaver version of L and D is now available.
The original version had two purposes: to show abstract life, and to
investigate it. This version is for enjoyment. As a screensaver, it slides
into your ken and back out, as a normal part of a computer-user's day. It
saves its state when it closes and re-loads when it opens again and just
carries on as if time didn't matter.
With the simple configuration file (automatically generated), the user has
access to five different pond sizes. There is also a "movie" capability
that is always accessible to record interesting scenes and play them back.
Please let me know of any problems. I'm particularly interested in how it
works on different displays.
