It seems pretty obvious that someone got lazy and grabbed the boiler plate TOS. It makes some sense for other apps they put out, since they are often tied directly to various google services. I suspect that they'll correct it pretty soon.

It doesn't even make sense. "The services?" It's a browser. Unless the intertubes are now all running on the dark fiber they bought a few years back, and nobody told us...
