You should really be thanking Euman. His Euphoria Free File Manager in
the Archive has a function called dir95(). All I really did was
simplify it, and match the output to dir(). I added the Unicode
support because at work we need to access paths in the range of 275 -
350 characters, which Euphoria's dir() cannot handle, as well as
extended characters, which Euphoria's dir() also cannot handle.
