I have a program that will get the webpage once. It shouldn't be hard to make it
repeat the procedure. The guts of it came from urlmon.ew in the archives.

http://www.rapideuphoria.com/cgi-bin/asearch.exu?dos=on&win=on&lnx=on&gen=on&keywords=urlmon

That should be all you need.
