I am fed up with GUIs.
Is there a simple way to use the browser
as GUI for a local (Euphoria) application?

Set up a web server on your computer for Euphoria CGI stuff. You'll go to
either the IP address of the PC or "localhost" and your app will run.
I started a project this week for my company doing this very thing.

There is a way, but it is not simple.
You can write CGI programs to generate the screens, etc.
