Using NSLOOKUP, it would appear that harborside.com and www.harborside.com
resolve to completely different addresses:

Once a DNS name is entered or changed, it may take up to several days for
the change to be propagated throughout all DNS servers, so people may get
different results if they have different DNS servers. Since the site says
they're been undergoing some restructuring, perhaps this is the case...
