Are you sure that will be enough? I intend to completely cut my self
off from all communication with anyone in real life or online, this
should ensure that I remain totally safe and my dog keeps his legs ;)

Since I received that virus email a few minutes ago, I did a few hours of
extensive research on the internet and discovered that you also need to make
sure you intercept and check your nervous system messages to the brain for
dangerous viruses. In a worst-case scenario, you'll need to totally
disconnect your brain from the nervous system and let it reboot before
reattaching. Even then, your CMOS might be corrupt. Good luck!
