Eerie, I just noticed that ramdrive.sys IS in your \%windir% directory. (hidden in those darned cab files!) But still, Windows does need it to install itself, again much like initrd in Linux. But, afterwards, it never needs it. Its just there for us to play with! :) Blessed Be! --"LEVIATHAN"
