Check in the back archives using the key words 'ramdrive' or 'ramdisk', for
the proper way to implement a RamDrive.  It is very simple and has never
caused a single problem for me for over three years of heavy use.
Incidently, it a DOS program, much to Microsoft's chagrin, and they have
always tried to bury it away from prying eyes.  It can even be found in NT
4.0 if you look hard enough for a file named something like 'rd.exe'
