1. Euphoria article again

Hello again!
Details about the article: there's a new computer magazine in our
town, and they lack material for it.So I was asked to write an article
on a new programming language. I chose Euphoria, but I still don't
know what to write. I tried including some parts of readme.doc and
refman.doc, but that is surely not enough. Maybe somebody could send
me something on Euphoria history, how it was created, how did the idea
of writing it appear, what are the plans for the future and so on.
Best regards,

The man to seek for that kind of information would be Rob. Maybe you
could even interview him via email (I know you're busy Rob, but hey,
it's publicity!)
You might also want to mention in the article this mailing list, and
refer to the community that has sprouted up around Euphoria. And,
recent developments include version 2.1 of the DOS/WIN version, and a
Linux version. One particularly far-reaching Euphoria project that
comes to mind is Norm Goundry's attempt at a Chinese translation
program. From what I gather, progress is going smoothly; you might
want to get some input from him about the project.

I wrote a pretty large technical article once. Its a bit out-dated, but I'm
pretty sure you can use some parts of it. It can be viewed at my site at:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~nieuwen
Or go directly to the article at:
Its out-dated considering the new platform and some minor changes to the
languages, I suspect.
Take a look for yourself, use what you want, and don't use what you don't
want. I would prefer it, if you would provide a link to the original article
if you choose to use lots of it, that is.
