Well, first of all, there's no such thing as Euphoria for Windows.
There's just plain Euphoria, which can, if you wish, call Windows
functions. You do not need Win32Lib to call those functions.

The Windows functions are detailed in the Microsoft SDKs, which are 
a huge download. Your uni should have them available. Ask for some 
books, as well.

But if you are expecting your ZZT game to run in pure DOS environments,
there won't be any Windows sound functions to call anyway. How do you
plan to get around that problem?
