Topica will be going down for maintenance 
in about 12 hours, at 8:00 PST.
They expect to be down for 16 hours.
Posted messages will be queued up during that time.

I don't know PST.
May I kindly ask you to tell me, what UTC time that is?

I believe that would be 03:00 UTC/GMT.  Seven hours later than PST.
