If you check the archive files you will find some of the
other things on your list for an IDE already exist.
There are programs for dynamic include files, etc.

    Thanks for the pointer, I'm finding useful stuff in the archives
    every time I start searching there.

    I'm not sure though if you did understand my requirements in
    this case as I was not talking about having dynamic includes
    in the code of a project, I was talking about the IDE being able
    to parse out include dependancies throughout a complete project.

There are at least a couple of submissions that do this.  I know that 
Tone Skoda's copies the files to a folder so you can easily make a zip 
file.  You could rip out the code and have the dependencies.  It's not 
really that hard to do it yourself, either.  The other is by Matt 
Arriola, IIRC.

    Ah yes, I did look at those. I might be able to lift some tricks
    from those apps, but I'm sorry to say that they are not up to my
    standard. Besides, I need the functionality integrated into the
    IDE.
