EUINC is an optional environment variable that you can set manually, if you want. Only EUDIR and PATH are set by the install program. If not found, then the usual rules will apply, i.e. it will check relative to the main program file, then check the EUINC directories (if any), and finally euphoria\include. Suggested by C.K. Lester and, in various forms, by several other people. Implemented by C.K. Lester. Checked in by Matt Lewis." Note the phrase "(if any)". Perhaps it's not totally clear. What I mean here is that EUINC does not have to exist. If there is an EUINC environment variable, then it is supposed to contain a list of additional directories that can be searched when Euphoria is looking for an include file. EUINC is not set by the installer. Some people use it to point to their Win32Lib include directory, or some other directories of include files that they frequently use. I suspect that most people do not use an EUINC variable at all. Regards, Rob Craig Rapid Deployment Software http://www.RapidEuphoria.com

Here's mine as an example: c:\eu_includes\wxeuphoria\include;c:\eu_includes\eusql; c:\eu_includes\win32lib\include;c:\eu_includes\other; c:\eu_includes\matheval;c:\eu_includes\ooeu; c:\eu_includes\euslibs;c:\eu_includes\eudbc; For why, see The Perfect Euphoria Setup here: http://cklester.com/euphoria/
