1. Dictionary
Does anyone know where i can download a computer dictionary from? for,
like, a scrabble game or a spell checker. i don't need the meanings, just a
list of words.

There's a file called words.txt in Junko Miura's spell checker.

there are files in the archive submitted for the contest that include text
files of words. if you search google for "words list" or somesuch I'm sure
you'll find some links.
