This is so great. I cannot email the listserv, i cannot vote, and until

The link works fine for me (using Firefox) it opens a new window.. maybe Kat has
that new window blocked...

If the new window is being blocked as a pop up, perhaps the voting page
can be accessed by book marking the link to the page and going there
directly:
