The mail at RapidEuphoria.com hasn't been working well the past couple of days. If you don't receive your EUforum password within a couple of hours, try it again. The mail server seems to be working better now, but you never know. I don't think there's much point in frequently changing your EUforum/User-Contrib password anyway.
