I can't download executable file types. Maybee Andy could re-submit setup.exe
in a zipped package. Robert might be kind enough to zip it for us and manualy
update the download link.
p.s. please post your libraries as zipped packages.

What browser are you using? I can get it just fine with the "dreaded" IE so it
might just be a simple security level adjustment on your part...
