1. ed, and cd's

Actually ed grows on you. It is the most consistent editor I own.
When all else fails, ed works, except for long lines of code. The delete at
the beginning of the line can be quite useful for deleting lines of code, it
just takes getting used to it. You want to see bad, try reading the docs to
that free C compiler...with their built in document reader...UGH.
As far as the color, it kind of grows on you too. At least you
recongnise it when its running! (As in right away.)
On the CD stuff, I there is a library for playing cd's from a program.
It was written by Jacques Deschenes. Hope this helps.
