Yes, it is my file from eu+far+np+psp.zip (former eu+far+np.zip).

Ok, I'll delete my Notepad++ from my machine and try this
question from zero, from scratch, wait please some time.
Maybe there is some bug in Notepad++ itself, who knows?

Yes, it is my file just as above.
Do you see the instruction is not that good as

This userDefineLang.xml can contain many user defined languages,
my one contains just euphoria, but there may be two different
euphorias with different colors, for example, or something else.

Yes, this system is something tricky.

Try please one thing, open some *new* file, just any,
type  into it some word, just any, and save it.

Then see please, if Notepad++ created that new service directory,
\Application Data\Notepad++ for you.
