Yes, there is the \Application Data\Notepad++ folder
somewhere on your disk C:
Put this UserDefineLang.xml file into that folder

Load some Euphoria code file into N++.
Go to the Language menu.
Go to the very bottom of the list of the languages.
Do you see the "euphoria" word here?
Click it with the left mouse button!
See the colored your Euphoria code.
