1. A WIN32LIB request

Before I get to my request, I'd just like to say thanks to David Cuny
for the wonder job he has done on the WIN32LIB code.

Now... what I'd like to request is a new parameter to be added to the
create() code. I know 9 parameters is somewhat ungainly, but this new
value would set the dwExStyle value allowing us to pass to it
WS_CLIENT_EDGE (decimal 512), giving some of our controls that WIN95
recessed look.

Some of the controls that would benefit are: lists, combos,
dropdowns, SLEs, MLEs, and sometimes static text and windows.

At first I thought of hard coding the controls to either have 0 or
WS_CLIENT_EDGE bypassing the need for another parameter, but then I
realized I didn't always want the static text and windows to have that
look.

I've already made the modification to a copy of WIN32LIB and I
personally think it looks good to make the change. I just thought I'd
ask if anyone thinks it's a good enough idea to warrant another
parameter in the "official code" and if Mr. Cuny would consider it.
