1. Euphoria IRC channel launched [Undernet]

All the #euphoria, #eu, etc channel names were already registered; so i
called it a totally unrelated #clear instead.
For all of you asking what "IRC" is - basically it's real-time, text based
internet chat.
You can download the most popular Windows IRC client, mIRC, from
http://www.mirc.co.uk

So, i'm appealing to all fellow IRC EUphorians to help develop this
channel, as I figure the more exposure Euphoria gets, on whatever medium,
the better.

Are they registered with undernet on the X bot? if not we can send in the
application and gain control of the channel before they do.
