Your explanation was quite clear (I didn't even need my old stats =
textbook -- I think I sold it anyway :)). With that perspective, it =
seems like a very good start to comparing bitmaps to determine if =
they're a close enough match. But I still wouldn't put complete faith =
in a fuzzy logic program -- look how fuzzy human logic is :). If you're =
interested in voice recognition and natural language algorithms, I have =
some snippits in a file called AI.ZIP (or something like that) on my =
homepage. It's with all the other Euphoria stuff. For the voice =
recognition algorithms, I still need to add a check for the lower half =
of the voice wave and compare it to the top. When I started, I thought =
I could shortcut, but quickly realized that wouldn't work. But I've =
been busy with so much other stuff, I haven't continued it for a long =
time. Feel free to hack away!
