Why does sleep(0) do nothing? yet i get some effect from it? I use it!

If sleep(0) does nothing, how can you be getting an effect from it?

All i can figure is i was using a misc.e that didn't have the if t > 0 line in
it,
and it did work,,,,,,, maybe that's why the app went buggy on me. I don't
know. Robs did a test after commenting out the line, and reported mirc came
back up to speed in screen redraws with the line commented out of misc.e.
So i still say zero work(ed)(s),, and i'm leaving the "if t > 0" line commented
out.
