1. Suggestion for bind.ex

Hi Rob,

when ex.exe or exw.exe is started without a filename, it shows
information about it's version.
I'd like to suggest, that Bind.ex also shows information about the
version (regardless whether it was started with or without a filename).

The reason is, that for testing purposes, now and then I bound an .exw
file with Eu 2.3, and now and then I bound an .exw file with Eu 2.4 beta.
Sometimes I got confused, and was not sure, what version of Eu I had
used for binding.

Thanks. I'll consider it.

Things will be less confusing once 2.4 Official is out,
and 2.3 fades away. (maybe in a couple of weeks - though I've
said that before smile)
