If you we are speaking about hardware crashing, past experience is contrary
to this.
For example, once I used an IBM 1130, running about 10,000 times slower than
the PC I am using at this very moment. When the air conditioner did not work
well, this IBM 1130 performed wrong *additions*, without reporting any
error, and this could happen more than once per day.
But if we are speaking about software crashes, then I predict that Windows
3000 will crash every microsecond...
