1. Win32lib rel 0.59

Please find the current Win32lib release (Version 0.59) at

   http://www.users.bigpond.com/ddparnell/euphoria/euphoria.htm

Summary of changes:

Changed
-------
** When adding a button to a FlatToolbar, the caption used to be ignored if
the 'y' value in the createEx() call was zero. This is no longer the case.

** The initial setting is that label captions will NOT be used to determine
hotkeys for following controls.

New
-------
** setAutoFocusLabels() is now required to be called to turn on & off the
ability to use label captions as hotkeys for subsequently defined input
controls.

** skipF10() will set whether or not the F10 key can set focus to the
menubar (which is standard Windows behaviour)

** The set of C-String API routines in now available from w32Kernel.ew

** getFileInfo() can be used to get various properties of a file.

** Current_Directory() used to get the current directory name.

** Set_Directory() used to set a new current directory.

** getFullPathName() is used to get the complete path for a file and its
full (long) file name.

Enhanced
---------
** addIcon() now only returns zero if its parameter is zero.

** getText() when used on a List or SortedList, returns the currently
selected item's text.

I'm planning to remove usage of clib.e in the next release, which is due in

Perth. About 2000 miles from my house. Its on the south west corner of
Australia. Go 50 miles out from there are its hot desert for the next 1500
miles in all directions. Perth is VERY VERY isolated. I believe it is the
most isolated city in the world, meaning that the next big city is a long
way away. It has great beaches and a Mediterranean climate. About 2 Million
people.
