1. Euphoria as a debian package

I think I've [mostly] got the package thing figured out. I've put the
result up on Sourceforge for testing:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=182827&package_id=256863

When I install with dpkg, it says there were errors, but everything seems
to be there. Right now, just 3 binaries are actually installed:

  exu
  ecu
  eubackend (used to be backendu)

All three have [pathetic] man pages, and the files are laid out according
to the wiki. The /etc/euphoria/euinc.conf file is created with
  /usr/share/euphoria/include
as its only entry.

For now, I've left all the .ex files from euphoria/bin in
/usr/share/euphoria/bin

The main Makefile will need to be updated to make eubind and eushroud
(and we'll have to make man pages for them, too).

For those who are interested, you can browse the Makefiles I used for
building the packages, as well as the man pages in the svn repository
in trunk/deb, or on the web at:

  http://rapideuphoria.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/rapideuphoria/trunk/deb/

There are other issues that we'll probably need to clean up (like readme
files, copyright, etc) but at least it appears to be functional.

This is good news. Now we are closer to seeing wxEuphoria being installable by
the Synaptic Package Manager.
