1. Event link is not working in Winlib_0_70_2c

docs/win32fag.htm recommends that 'setHandler' be used instead of 'onsomeevent'
, because 'onsomeevent' may be phased out in future. I couldn't get 'onClick[]'
to work
in example4 under Question 3 to work. I replaced 'onClick' with 'setHandler'
(and edited related procedure) and it works. The doc needs to be updated. I can
make specific recommendations; tell me if/how you want them. Wado.

Good catch, I'll replace that entry in FAQ with a short text on how to upgrade
old programs that still use that old syntax, the support of which has been
dropped in 70.2.

You may find code in the Archive which has the onXXX syntax and need the upgrade
(the demos were all upgraded with the release of 70.1).
