This program, dleuarch.exw, uses the tcp4u.ew library wrapped by Ray =
Smith. Constants at the beginning of the program need to be modified as =
described in the .txt file to work under your environment.
General program flow:
Read contrib.htm & exestuff.htm from RDS's web site.
Parse these files for all anchor tags.
Pull out all files not matching *.zip or *.e*
Download all remaining files in the list and place them in the constant-def=
ined directory.
