Now, I think what I ask for now is common knowledge for most of you, but
for me it isn't:

How do I tell the printer that the page is finished?
How can I know if the printer is online or not? (this has been answered
recently, but stupid me didn't save the answer)
How can I print graphics (if it's possible)?
And if you know other fancy things to do with the printer from Euphoria,
I'm interested.
