If anyone's looking for a program to take snapshots, I
found one the other day. Try this URL:
http://www.americansys.com
Their program, 'PrintScreen Deluxe' works just fine
for me. (under Win95) It's got a 30-day evaluation
version to try out. Hope this helps.
