HyperSnap-DX by Hyperionics
http://www.hyperionics.com
HyperSnap-DX is a professional screen capture tool for
Windows 95, 98 and NT. Unlike other such tools, it can
capture not only standard desktop programs, but also
multimedia and games running in DirectX/Direct3D or
3Dfx Glide modes. It will also capture entire Web
pages and other long documents, by optionally
auto-scrolling down the contents of the window it
captures. HyperSnap-DX can save and read pictures
in over 20 graphics formats, including GIF (transparent
and interlaced) and JPEG (progressive). To initiate
a screen capture you may use menu, hotkeys or an
autotimer.{BINGO!--problem solved?}
Capture options include desktop, highlighted window or
any area. You may include cursor in images, crop, change
colors and resolution, acquire from TWAIN devices and
tons of other useful features.

several features seem like it would help you...
capturing of any mode game screens, that autotimer,
and ability to capture the entire desktop as well
as the full content of any no-no web pages...
after all, some web pages are only 'bad' in certain
sections, and if the timer happened to go off at the
time when everything was cool, without getting
the whole page you wouldnt know a no-no happened...
maybe this will help... and no i'm not advocating
snooping on people's activities either...
