This is to anyone with CompuServe: What does the billing time stops at =
6:00 EST mean? I can't figure it out.

Nate was wondering about "EST" - "Eastern Standard Time" - not to be =
confused with Pacific Standard Time, or any of the other time zones used =
in the United States. Clearly he doesn't watch enough television.
