Does this mean that Windoz is dead?
Despite my complaints, it's does some cool stuff. I stole almost all the
WinMan's OOP ideas from Windoz.

I think there is some room for a graphical DOS toolkit - but certainly,
nothing as grandiose as I had initially envisioned for WinMan.
I don't think that anyone will set out to code a DOS program with
Dos32Lib. But perhaps they would port to it if the API matched Win32Lib.
I plan to allot my time accordingly.
