1. Trying to get in!!!

Hi all,

this is just a test. After examns at my faculty, the computer service of my
university gave me this new e-mail address. My old e-mail count
95203695 at xaee.ub.es no longer exists so please,use lcampoar8 at far.ub.edu
instead.
BTW,someone nows if it's possible to especify the path for the windows 95
swap file? actually i'm using a ramdrive as the temporal directory for
Windows...maybe the whole system would work faster if it were possible to
locate the *.swp file at the RAM..

thanks and regards,
Luis

You'll find what you seek in:
Control Panel, System, Performance, Virtual Memory.

I would not recommend placing swap file on a ram drive.
Ram drives rob system of it's memory, and windows swap can get VERY big.
Of course of you have 256Meg of ram then it might be OK.

I don't believe so... the swap file is used when you get out of RAM...
looks a bit
recursive to me ;)
