Wait a bit...v0.6 will be released RSN and that has been fixed.
You will just need to use setCheck() and isChecked() as these now
work for Checkboxes, Lists, MenuItems, ListViews and TreeViews.

Oh no! Are you also using baby cats for radio? I can't tell you what it does to
me to hear an announcer say "Wee paws for station identification" or
