Do messages posted via the web interface go to the topica list and, thereby, to
emails?

Yes. Regardless of their source, messages always appear
first on the RDS Message Board, then on Topica's
EUforum Web page, then Topica sends them out via e-mail.
Messages may be posted via e-mail to EUforum at topica.com,
or via the Topica EUforum page, or via the RDS Message Board.
When you use the RDS Message Board, messages will appear
within a minute or two on the Board. When you go through
Topica, things are not predictable. A message could take a few
minutes (usually), a few hours (common), or it could
be lost (a few percent).
