1. [OT] Windows Toolbar problem

Maybe one of you knows something I haven't figured out yet.
I have a taskbar and quick launch bar. Let's say I drag
the quick launch bar off of the taskbar and onto the right
side. I can Lock the Taskbar. "Look ma, I can't move it."
How do I lock the separated Quick Launch bar?

If your talking about MS IE there is a lock toolbars on view menu ?

When you say "onto the right side", do you mean onto the right side of
the DESKTOP? If so, I don't think there is any way to lock things in position
on the desktop, with the possible exception of "lock web items on
desktop".
