1. Win32lib demos

In the archives we have:

(old)Win32Lib:WIN32 Libary with Demos -- David Cuny (win32lib5.9)
with a note stating, "People are now using the newWin32Lib" meaning
 (Win32lib60.4)

The problem is that when running the demos with 60.4 you get errors
like "new_memset() has not been declared". (There are no demos included
 with win32lib60.4).

I know the way around this:

I keep 2 folders in my "EU" Folder.

Win32lib5.9 and win32lib6 ,

I change the name of the one I want to use to Win32lib.

WIN32lib5.9 for the demos , win32lib6 for all other programs.

This works out fine for me but for newbies maybe someone could re-write
the Demos to work with win32lib60.4

If I cared anymore, I'd do it myself; but it almost sound's like you've
volunteered? Unless you happen to know "someone" and can talk them into it.
