Not that I know of but you might want to take a look at ImageMajick at

I was planning on coding a wrapper for the DLL's but I haven't had enough
spare time lately.  (I think it was a bit more involved than I expected but
it should be doable...)  Let me know if you think you might want to do
this, otherwise I might just take another stab at it since I am still
interested in doing this.
