Would anybody know where to find jumper settings for a modem with Sierra Semiconductor's SQ3465 chipset? They don't support their modems anymore and they've changed their name to PMC-Sierra. My modem is of the 28.8 variety..and yes it is pnp, but it has jumpers and I want to know what they do. Another thing, my modem is detected in Linux w/ISAPNP after doing a DOS driver but kppp always says Modem Busy. Thanks, Mike Suggest whatever, I've tried so much its too much to list. ===== It compiled. The first screen came up. Ship it. --Bill Gates __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get Yahoo! Mail – Free email you can access from anywhere! http://mail.yahoo.com/

Mike: Have you looked on the modem circuit board it self or on the case if it is external. Bernie

Mike: Sierra manufactured modem chip sets. According to their web page You have to find out who manufactured your modem and used Sierra chips then go to that manufactures web page to get drivers and switch settings. Bernie
