Not me, but i use TextPad, which does color Eu and other syntax.

EE Editor by David Cuny has code that does this have a look at how he did it.

Actually, the credit for that chunk of code goes to Robert - I grabbed it
from his ED. Example 12 in Win32Lib also uses this mechanism. The editor
module that comes with the Win32Lib IDE also has syntax coloring, and is
designed to be useful as a stand-alone editor. So you could use that as the
basis of an editor.
